no respmse from host

I have a friend who is running Cu-See me on Windows NT 3.5 though a ppp
connection. The PPP works fine for all other applications. When using
CU-SeeMe he always gets host not responding error, even for reflector
sites that are accepting logins.

Any Suggestions
